The MC34152/MC33152 are dual non-inverting high-speed drivers designed for applications requiring low-current digital signals to drive large capacitive loads at high slew rates. These devices feature low input current making them compatible with CMOS/LSTTL logic, input hysteresis for fast output switching independent of input transition time, and two high current totem-pole outputs ideal for driving power MOSFETs. An undervoltage lockout with hysteresis is also included to prevent incorrect system operation at low supply voltages. Typical applications include switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, capacitive charge pump doublers/inverters, and motor controllers. This device features dual-row plug-in and surface mount encapsulation.
