The CAT93C46B is a 1-Kb microwire serial EEPROM memory device that can be configured as 64 16-bit registers (ORG pin at VCC) or 128 8-bit registers (ORG pin at GND). Each register can be written (or read) serially using the DI (or DO) pin. The CAT93C46B has a self-timed internal write with automatic clear. On-chip power-on-reset circuitry protects internal logic from powering up in an incorrect state.
