RURP15100_F085 is an Ultrafast diode with soft recovery characteristics (trr < 200ns). It has a low forward voltage drop and is a silicon nitride passivated ion implanted epitaxial planar structure. The device is suitable for use as freewheeling/clamping diodes and rectifiers in various automotive power supplies and other power switching automotive applications. Their low stored charge and Ultrafast soft recovery characteristics minimize ringing and electrical noise in many power switching circuits, reducing power loss in switching transistors.
